Dr. Pech is a board-certified physician with specialty in Internal Medicine. He passed ABIM board exam in 2016 among the top 1% of applicants. Dr. Pech graduated from medical school at Charles University in the Czech Republic in 1999 with honors for excellent results. He worked briefly at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine, which is the largest transplant center in the central Europe, where he performed research on renal physiology and provided care for patients with kidney transplantation. In 2002, Dr. Pech moved to the United States. He performed research on renal physiology at Tulane and later at Emory University. He published over 20 peer-reviewed articles in top scientific journals. In 2013, Dr. Pech returned to clinical medicine. He completed Internal Medicine residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando. After graduation, he worked as a hospital physician at Florida Hospital, as well as provided primary care in a local charity clinic. Dr. Pech joined Rocky Mountain Family Medicine and Urgent Care in 2019. He desires to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to all patients regardless of their race, origin or socioeconomic situation.

Dr. Annu Ramaswamy began working as an internist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 1993. He initially was involved with patient care and with resident teaching through the Northwestern Memorial Faculty Foundation.. He served as the Medical Director for Northwestern Memorial hospital’s Employee Health Service (5000 employees at the time) from 1993-1997. In 1997, Dr. Ramaswamy was appointed medical director for Northwestern Memorial’s Corporate Occupational Health clinic. This clinic provided work-related care to Chicago’s workforce (predominantly to the hotel/retail industry). The clinic became the provider of choice for over 350 companies in the Chicago area.
In December 1999, Dr. Ramaswamy moved to Colorado. He joined Rocky Mountain Medical Group (RMMG) and began practicing when the Aurora clinic opened in 2000. He served as the medical director for that clinic. Dr. Ramaswamy continues to provide occupational medicine care through RMMG. He does have a strong interest in determining causality for work-related injuries. He also does perform medical-legal work and will testify as deemed necessary. He frequently provides educational seminars for various industries, societies and associations. Dr. Ramaswamy also serves as a Medical Advisor to the Fire and Police Pension Association of Colorado (FPPA). His work with the FPPA involves putting forth recommendations on disability status for fire and police applicants.
