We are constantly working with insurers to provide more access for our patients, but at this time, we are unable to accept the following insurance plans:
- BC/BS EPO Plan
- Colorado HealthOP EPO (PPO is accepted)
- CU Exclusive BC/BS: You can be seen in Urgent Care only
- Denver Health Medicaid: You can be seen in Urgent Care and Family Medicine only if you participate with the Accountable Care Collaborative
- Humana HMOx
- Kaiser Medicaid
- Rocky Mountain Health Plan Medicaid: You can be seen in Family Medicine (not Urgent Care), if you participate with the Accountable Care Collaborative
For urgent care services, patients will typically pay their urgent care co-payment. If no co-pay is listed on your card, we will verify with your insurance any potential out-of-pocket expense and/or deductible amount remaining.
The amount can range between $150 to $170.
For family practice, patients typically pay the primary care co-payment listed on their insurance card.
For physical therapy and weight loss services, we encourage patients to check with their health insurance plan to determine what co-payment, if any, is required.

Don't Have Insurance?
Rocky Mountain Urgent Care and Family Medicine offers discounted rates to all patients who settle their bill, in full, at the time of service. $150 is collected up-front, before patients are seen by our doctors. After the visit, patients may owe more money depending on whether additional services or tests are performed by our providers.
