Book an appointment. Use the link to schedule an appointment. Note that this appointment is to talk to one of our providers. They will call you during this appointment time.
Provider will call you. In order to get on the testing schedule, you MUST HAVE a telemedicine visit with one of our providers. These calls are typically 5-10 minutes to discuss your symptoms, find a good place for you on our testing schedule, and explain the procedure.
Go to appointment at our clinic. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. Arrive on time for your scheduled time for drive thru testing. Tests take about 5 minutes. You do not need to get out of your car. A provider will come to your window. Nasal swab tests take 3-4 seconds. They are a little uncomfortable, but not unbearable. You will be handed an information sheet after the test about what is to follow.
Costs. COVID-19 point of care rapid tests with a provider visit are $140; COVID-19 onsite PCR test with provider visit is $110 and patient is subject to a lab bill.
Results. For the PCR tests, results will be emailed within 24-72 hours or we will call if you do not have email. Depending on the time of day and day of the week, it may take a little longer. The rapid tests have results in about an hour. Please let the providers know if you need lab results to be able to return to work.
For Covid-19 Antibody Tests. You must be asymptomatic to receive an antibody test. Antibody testing is always done in person, inside our clinic. Blood is drawn for these tests. It is not a telehealth visit or drive up. These tests can be scheduled. We also take walk-ins.
