Dr. Tiffany Ancheril, MDDr. Tiffany Ancheril has been with Rocky Mountain Urgent Care for 10 years. She started the family practice clinic in Westminster and has enjoyed seeing it grow and prosper. She is a California native who graduated from UCLA Medical School. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Texas, Houston. She worked in Houston for three years prior to moving to Colorado. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Aside from practicing medicine, she is a busy mom to three children, ages 13, 11, and 8 years old. She enjoys traveling, spending time in the mountains, and photography.
Dr. Rachel Bos, MDRachel Bos, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Medical School and Mercy Residency in Denver. She holds degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Iowa State and worked in aerospace, oil exploration and data communication prior to medical school. During her training, she did research at National Jewish in rheumatology/lupus and nonlinear dynamics of the fetal heart. At Mayo and at Estes park she was part of peer review and she was vice chief of staff at Estes Park Medical Center. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking, gardening, cooking, reading and playing her harp.
Dr. Stephen Carmel, MDDr. Stephen Carmel, MD, is board trained in internal medicine and hematology and board certified in addictive disorders. He treats a wide range of acute and chronic conditions for adult patients, including chronic disease states, high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol problems, asthma, COPD, heart disease, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, UTI and prostate. Dr. Carmel earned his undergraduate from the University of Virginia and went on to earn his medical degree at The Medical College of Virginia School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. After medical school, Dr. Carmel completed his residency and fellowship training at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. A Virginia native, Dr. Carmel has resided in Colorado for more than 40 years and enjoys his family including his grandchildren. In addition, he enjoys traveling and all forms of art and music. His hobbies include photography and the automobile culture, especially English cars.
Dr. Mahkameh Ghadimi, MDMahkameh Ghadimi, MD finished medical school overseas in 1999 and her family medicine residency in Minneapolis, MN in 2011. Since then, she has worked in emergency medicine, community health and family medicine. Dr. Ghadimi enjoys researching and has spent time learning about nitrogen mustard side effects on the heart muscle. She also has written 3 publications regarding weight lifting injuries. The Department of Health awarded her the “Diabetes Award” for managing diabetes patient care. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, swimming and traveling.

Bio: Dr. Leder has been in the practice of Internal Medicine in Denver, CO for 40 years. He has been on the clinical faculty of the University of Colorado School of Medicine in the Department of Medicine. He enjoys hiking, cross country skiing, jogging and gardening.
Dr. Madhu Reddy, MDDr. Reddy earned his medical degree at Osmania Medical College/University of Health Sciences in India and moved to the US in 1976. He completed his internship at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Patterson, NJ, and did his internal medicine residency at New York Downtown Hospital. He is board certified in both internal medicine and geriatrics. Dr. Reddy especially enjoys working with older adults and has spent most of his time career doing so. Dr. Madhu Reddy practiced internal medicine as an independent physician in Cleveland, OH, for nearly 30 years. In 2013, Dr. Reddy decided to relocate to Denver to be near his children and grandchildren. Two of his daughters, as well as one son-in-law, are physicians (and the third daughter is a chef). His free-time pursuits include hiking, reading, international travel, and spending time with his family and dogs.

Dr. Nicholee Theiss has been in practice for more than 14 years, and in that time she has already gained a reputation as one of Colorado’s foremost family medicine physicians. Her medical career commenced in 2002, when she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School. She remained at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics for an internship and then residency, where she was elected chief resident in the Department of Family Medicine. After completion of her residency in 2005, Dr. Theiss entered private practice, initially in Arizona, and subsequently in Colorado since 2008.
Dr. Theiss is board certiﬁed in Family Medicine, and therefore treats a very wide range of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. These range from asthma, anxiety and depression disorders, allergies, and infections, to diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, skin disorders, and menopausal conditions. Dr. Theiss also enjoys the spectrum of pediatrics, aesthetics, nutrition therapy, health screening programs, and lifestyle counseling to help her patients make healthier life choices. As a long distance runner, she has keen interest in endurance athletes and sports injuries as well.
Unlike other physicians who specialize in treating one particular organ or disease, family physicians are uniquely trained to care for you as a whole person, regardless of your age or sex. If a health condition arises that requires care from another specialist, Dr. Nicholee Theiss will be there to guide you and to coordinate all aspects of your care. Dr. Theiss says that the secret of her success is the collaborative approach she takes with her patients. This means treating them with respect and dignity at the same time as educating them about their health and conditions, and encouraging them to take an active role in the management of their own health. She believes in working together to achieve the best possible outcome in the most cost-effective manner. Dr. Rosemary Greenslade, MDFor 20 years, Dr. Rosemary Greenslade, MD has thrived in Occupational Medicine/Worker’s Compensation focusing on work related injury management. She is DOT certified, CO Division of Worker’s Compensation level II certified and has served as a DIME panel member for 3 years. Dr. Greenslade earned her undergraduate at Providence College in Rhode Island and her medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. After medical school, Dr. Greenslade completed her residency training at St. Mary Corwin Regional Medical Center in Pueblo, CO. She has been published in The Physician and Sportsmedicine medical journal as well a text chapter in Sports Medicine in Primary Care. Dr. Greenslade is board certified in Family Medicine with sub-specialty training and certification in musculoskeletal/sports medicine. In Dr. Greenslade’s free time, she enjoys competitive road cycling, mountain biking, back country skiing and backpacking. She loves spending time in the mountains with her husband, friends and grown daughter.
Mackenzie Courtney, NPI am a family nurse practitioner providing care for all ages with acute and chronic conditions. I completed my undergraduate at Nevada State College and obtained my masters degree in nursing with a focus on family practice from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. My nursing experience includes emergency medicine, women’s health, forensic medicine, with a special love for cardiology. I am also a trained forensic nurse examiner. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my three boys, and of course all things football.
My goal is to help my patients obtain the highest quality of life and personal satisfaction by providing them with comprehensive, effective, and compassionate care. I am happy to be joining the primary care community here in Denver.
