Your Primary Care Doctor

Rocky Mountain Urgent Care provides medical care for acute medical conditions. If you have a primary care provider, we recommend that you first contact your primary care doctor for their advice on where you should be seen.

We realize that there are occasions when you are out of a routine medication and your primary care provider's office is closed. You may be traveling in the area and run out of medication. We are happy to see and evaluate you and your condition on a one-time basis. We will provide you with a refill of your medication and send you back to see your primary care provider.

We make every effort to communicate with your primary care provider and, with your permission, will send our office notes to his or her office.

Primary care doctors take care of chronic medical problems such as diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol.
