Nathaniel J. Moore, MD

Dr. Moore is originally from North Carolina. He attended Stanford University in Palo Alto, California and obtained a B.S. in Biology in 1991. He then completed his medical school training at Duke University School of Medicine in North Carolina, receiving his MD in 1995. He attended residency at the University of Colorado in the Department of Family Medicine and became Board-Certified by the American Board of Family Practice in July, 1998.

Dr. Moore loves spending time with his family.  He enjoys running, backpacking, skiing and mountain biking. Dr. Moore also has a special love for North Carolina Tarheel basketball.

Dr. Moore started Rocky Mountain Urgent Care in 2003. He started Rocky Mountain Family Medicine (formerly Potomac Medical Group) in 2004. In 2007 he received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Rocky Mountain Region in the category of Social Responsibility. He serves on the Board of Directors of FACES, a Denver non-profit organization dedicated to preventing child abuse, neglect and domestic violence.
